Cappucino Vivace

This is a very "tarted up" Cappucino! Serves one (but it can be shared!)

Ingredients:

1/4 oz. brandy
1/4 oz. light rum
1/4 oz. gin
1/4 oz. white creme de cacao
1/4 oz. Galliano
3 oz (double shot) espresso
4 oz. milk
1 tsp cocoa
1 tsp sugar

Directions:

Foam milk, and add espresso, cocoa and sugar. In a separate container, mix brandy, rum, gin, creme de cacao, and galliano. Pour liquor mixture into a 10-oz. stemmed glass or large mug. Add cappucino mixture. Top with whipped cream.

Note: If using stemmed glass, avoid breakage by first placing glass under hot water, then placing a metal spoon in glass before pouring coffee mixture. The spoon absorbs the heat.
